Cowboy Salsa

6 roma tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mixed with:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup water

Pour dressing mixture over vegetables and stir. Make and serve the same day.
